CHANGE TO ONLINE DONATIONS
We have been informed that My Donate will cease operating on 30th June 2019.
This will affect anyone who has set up a recurring donation to us via My Donate*, including those who have recently joined our new 500 Club in the last few months.
(*It does not affect those who have set up a Standing Order either direct with your bank/building society or by completing and sending us one of our Standing Order forms for processing).
My Donate will continue to collect both one-off and recurring donations until the 30th June. They have produced a FAQs sheet if you wish to read more here.
In anticipation of this closure we have set up an account with Virgin Money Giving for all future online donations from 26th April 2019.
If you have set up a Standing Order to support us (including the 500 Club) via My Donate, you will need to set up a new one to continue to support us regularly. There are 2 ways of doing this and either should be an easy process, not taking up much of your valuable time:
Set up a recurring donation online through Virgin Money Giving
Download a Standing Order form, to complete and send to us by post. We will then process and forward this to your bank/building society.
(If you want it to start before 30th June, don’t forget to also cancel your Standing Order with My Donate otherwise you will be supporting us twice!)
